Meet Our Team

Zenon Farian, DDS

Dr. Farian received his professional education at Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry and earned the Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1989. He completed his undergraduate education at Ohio State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology in 1985. Dr. Farian is an active member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Cleveland Dental Society, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, International Association of Orthodontics and the Ukrainian Medical Association of North America. With more than 20 years of experience in dentistry, Dr. Farian also attends numerous educational meetings and seminars each year in order to keep his knowledge and skills current with the newest developments in dental care. Dr. Farian and his wife reside in Richfield with their four children.

He is proficient in performing surgically related procedures. His advanced training in various disciplines of dentistry, including implant dentistry and orthodontics, allows Dr. Farian to offer and implement various treatment plan options to his patients. This ability to treat patients by applying multi-faceted dentistry is what makes him different than other dentists. His patients benefit from his ability to provide the most current, advanced dental treatment available to them.

Our Staff

Karen Musarro, R.D.H.

Karen was raised in Zanesville, Ohio and graduated from Ohio State University. She is a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association, Ohio Dental Hygienists’ Association and the Cleveland Dental Hygienists’ Association. She has worked with Dr. Farian for over 15 years and assists in providing excellent care with state-of-the-art technology.

Karen is married and currently resides in Medina. She has two grown children, four beautiful grandchildren and a miniature longhaired dachshund, “Bentley”. Her interests include scrap booking, photography, travel and entertaining with family and friends

Judy Mittelo, Office Manager

Judy has been in the dental field for over 35 years, 15 of which have been with Dr. Farian. She is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, including scheduling, insurance, billing and collections.

She has two grown children and five grandchildren. In her spare time, Judy enjoys reading, going to muscle car shows and flying remote-control planes. She also enjoys history and visiting various historical cities.

Lee Farian, Operations Manager

Lee is married to Dr. Farian and they have four children. She is a graduate of Cleveland State University with B.B.A. in Finance and has over 10 years of experience in management. She is responsible for Human Resources, Accounting and Marketing of the office.

Olha Zhenchur, C.D.A.

Olha is a Dental Assistant and has been with Dr. Farian for five year. She is a graduate of Cuyahoga Community College where she obtained her C.D.A. certification and her x-ray certification. She is Ukrainian and is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and Polish.
