Is it finally time for you to head our way for your first appointment with us? We couldn’t be more excited to begin working with you toward a happier, healthier smile! We’d ask that you read through some of the information listed below before your visit, to give you a better idea of what to expect once you arrive. As always, you’re more than welcome to call ahead of your appointment and ask us any questions you have – we want to make sure your visit is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Your First Visit
As soon as you enter our office, you’ll immediately feel right at home; our free-standing brick building has a large and comfortable two-story waiting room where you’ll be greeted. After a brief wait, you’ll immediately be taken back into one of our private operatories for your cleaning and exam, and you can enjoy a detailed conversation with Drs. Zenon or Adriana Farian about your dental health and any suitable treatments. Patient education is also a large part of what we do during these visits – we want you to fully understand our findings and feel in the loop about what treatments we’re recommending and why they can benefit your oral wellness. However, what you’ll enjoy most about this visit is the pleasant atmosphere of our office; it won’t feel like a dental visit at all, but rather like you’re seeing an old family friend!
Patient Forms
For your convenience, our new patient forms are available here online for easy download and printing. Instead of having to wait until you physically arrive at our office, you can take the time to complete this paperwork in your own home and then bring it with you instead. If you have any trouble accessing the file, please let us know and we can send them to you directly.
Dental Insurance
Navigating your dental insurance shouldn’t have to be a frustrating experience. Our practice works with all major PPO insurance plans, and we will personally handle your claim and all the necessary paperwork so that the reimbursement process is simple and smooth. Additionally, if you have any questions about what you can expect, don’t hesitate to contact our office.
CareCredit Financing
If you don’t currently have dental insurance, we can guide you through the process of arranging a payment plan through CareCredit. These plans come in a variety of lengths, depending on your overall cost, and all options come with little to NO interest attached.
